Rent The Warehouse Theatre
Are you searching for a historical landmark that's also a functional venue for your meeting, event, or party? The Warehouse Theatre, in the Historic West End neighborhood of downtown Greenville, is a perfect event site. It's architectural award winning design, which uniquely combines the historical brick building exterior and footprint with a state-of-the art 133 seat black box theatre space and Gallery, can be a special setting for your event.
The space has been utilized for:
- Fund Raisers
- Weddings
- Company Meetings
- Annual Meetings
- Cocktail parties
- Lectures
- Classes
The available spaces and rental prices are:
- The Lobby and Gallery: $1,000/day
- Capacity of 133 people
- The Main Stage Theatre with above: $2,000/day
- Capacity of 133 people in theatre alone plus additional on stage seating
- The Meeting Room: $500/day
- Capacity of 50 people
The rates include:
- One staff person on site for logistical assistance
- Use of stage lighting if hung - hanging rates will apply for set up
- Wi-Fi
- Full unattended concession area and restrooms.
- Projector and Screen
- Wireless Mics (hand held and lavalier)
We can arrange for catering if desired at cost plus 10%.
The facility is to be returned to its original condition after your event. In some cases you may be able to load in the day before your event and load out the day after, unless the facility is rented or a play is in production.
A security/damage deposit of $500 is due at contract and will be refunded the day after your event as long as the facility has been returned to its original condition. If you are renting the main stage an additional $1000 damage deposit is required. A one half non refundable payment of total is due upon signing of contract, seperate check from damage deposit is appreciated, and final half of total is due on day of event.
Please note that The Warehouse Theatre is a not for profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization and urges you to make a tax deductible donation on top of the rental fee.
If you are a 501(c)(3) discounts on the rental rates may be available, but deposits will be the same.
