venue for your meeting, event, or party? The Warehouse Theatre, in the Historic
West End neighborhood of downtown Greenville,
is a perfect event site. It's architectural
award winning design, which uniquely combines the historical brick building
exterior and footprint with a state-of-the
art 100 seat black box theatre space and Gallery, can be a special setting for
your event.

The available spaces
and rental prices are:
- The
Lobby and Gallery: $1,000/day
- The
Main Stage Theatre with above: $2,000/day
- Capacity
of 125 people in theatre alone plus additional on stage seating
- The
Meeting Room: $500/day
The rates include one staff person on site for logistical
assistance, use of stage lighting, full unattended concession area and restrooms. Renter
provides necessary AV equipment, tables, extra chairs, etc. as well as clean
up. Our staff can arrange for catering if desired at cost plus 10%.
The facility is to be
returned to its original condition after your event. In some cases you may be able to load in the
day before your event and load out the day after, unless the facility is rented
or a play is in production.
A security/damage deposit of $500 is due at the time your
booking is confirmed. The rent donation is due the day you first load in,
before you load in. The security/damage deposit will be refunded the day after
your event as long as the facility has been returned to its original condition.
If you are renting the main stage an additional $500 damage deposit is
required.
Please note that a portion of your rental donation may be
tax deductible; to the extent the rent exceeds the value of the rental to your organization. You are responsible to make this
determination and we suggest you consult your tax advisors.
If you are a 501C
nonprofit, discounts on the rental rates may be available, but deposit(s) will
be the same.
